Border photography by award-winning artists, curated by Scott A. Sherer, PhD. Fernando Brito (Monterrey) documents corpses discarded in haunting landscapes, Mayra Martell (Ciudad Juárez and Mexico City) produces images taken in the homes of the disappeared women, Alejandro Cartagena (Culiacán, Sinaloa) shows images of a tight-knit community in Mexico living withstanding the menace of drug trafficking and coyotes, David Taylor (Tucson) presents images of the border monuments, and a video by San Antonio artist Anne Wallace.
