Steve Seid: Radical Light Screenings

Steve Seid, Video Curator at the Pacific Film Archive (PFA) presents two screenings of works in association with the recent publication Radical Light: Alternative Film and Video in the San Francisco Bay Area, 1945-2000. The first screening, “Procession of the Image Processors,” at 2pm, shows examples of how image processors were used in video art, followed by a book sale and signing from 3:45-4:45PM. Then at 5PM, the final event of the day will be a screening of works that use landscape as expression. Filmmaker Scott Stark will also be in attendance for the events.
