The Chinati Foundation’s current temporary exhibitions include Donald Judd’s Progressions and a small exhibition of drawings. Both the wall works and the drawings are part of the museum’s permanent collection, but are rarely exhibited. The suite of drawings were made by Judd in preparation for the 15 outdoor works in concrete installed at the museum. The long wall pieces in this exhibition are made from galvanized iron, brass, copper, and clear or colored anodized aluminum. Marianne Stockebrand will give two short talks during the reception.
