Art is equal part concept, craft, and community. Owlcat Press is looking for digital works and art criticism that are rooted firmly in conceptual constructs, be they literary, philosophical, aesthetic, or otherwise; works that demonstrate a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship; and works that are challenging but accessible to a wider audience without the need to slip into jargon.
