Please join me for a private collectors gathering and artist's tour of Phil Tarley's retrospective show at the Artist's Corner on Friday, June 1st, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Artist and art journalist Phil Tarley will be on hand. During the evening he will be available to walk us through and discuss his different bodies of photographic work. Included are his celebrity photography; Nuba images from Aswan, Egypt; Modern Living; and his new pop project: The Transformational Power of Sun Glasses.
Beverages will be served during the tour.
Artist's Corner is located at 6585 Santa Monica Boulevard, 90038 in a bright red building on the corner of Seward Street, in Hollywood. Tel: 323.464.3900. Convenient street and lot parking.

About Phil Tarley:
Phil Tarley is a Fellow of The American Film Institute and an artist member of the Los Angeles Art Association. As an art and pop culture critic, he regularly posts stories on The WOW Report and writes about art and photography for Fabrik Magazine. Tarley is a juror on the Lark International Art Competition. Phil is currently working on a book of narrative non-fiction travel stories and on a variety of art projects. He has recently been appointed to a City of West Hollywood task force on public art installation.
Private sittings are available for individuals, couples or families who wish to be photographed in the artist's Transformational Sun Glasses.
Additionally, signed, limited edition photographic books- Exotic Places, Modern Living and Syntactic Assemblages - three bodies of work by the artist, will be for sale.
