*Saintlorraine is the collaboration of artists and life partners Britt Lorraine and Kristy Perez. The couple have been making work individually and receiving accolades in their respective fields for a number of years.** In 2009 the couple decided to merge their ideas and begin working together. Their first work "we are a handful" premiered in 2010 at the McNay Museum Stieren Center for Contemporary Art in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2010 the couple has created 4 other performance/installations and without hesitation they continue to rigorously pursue their work utilizing the various languages of movement, sculpture and design. In this respect, Saintlorraine's work maintains a highly experimental tone resulting in its own unique aesthetic.
