To begin at the ACA offices 5 weeks prior to the festival and work through the entire event and up to one week after. This person will serve as the primary contact for all gate operations and work closely with the Spectrum team at the admission booth. This is a seasonal position.

Hours:
20-24 hours a week leading up to the festival, then full time the week of the festival

Pre-Festival Duties:
Order ticket stock from established vendor
Maintain ticket inventory
Ordering all equipment from Eventbrite
Ordering and setting up mobile wifi hotspots and Artist Hotline phone from AT&T
Train appropriate personnel on equipment and procedures
Set up Marketplace sales in Stripe on iPad
Inventory all Marketplace items
Familiarize and understand Eventbrite and Groupon function at the festival
Assist ACA staff in other pre-festival duties

Festival Duties:
Serve as the primary contact for all gate operations
Liaison between Spectrum admission staff and ACA staff
Train and work closely with Gate Coordinators
Work with security on procedures and festival rules
Maintain iPads, ticket scanners, mobile wifi hotspots, and related equipment
Assist ACA staff in other festival related duties

Post-Festival Duties:
Package and send back Eventbrite scanners immediately after festival
Return mobile wifi hotspots to AT&T
Prepare post event reports
Lead Marketplace and ticket inventory
Collect timesheets from ticketing staff / Gate Coordinators and submit to ACA accountant to payroll

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Box office, ticketing, and entrance gate experience preferred
Efficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn adapt to new software and programs
Knowledge of iPad, iPhone, or Android apps
Effective Communicator and Leader
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong customer service skills
Strong decision making and practicality
Self starter
