The camera phone (and iPhone in particular) is a great tool to capture reality or to recreate it as you choose. We’re looking for your version of a reality — or imagined reality — with either single images or multi-layered imagery, all shot and manipulated using a mobile device.

Karen Divine was first introduced to photography in the early 1970’s and went on to study painting, drawing, and alternative photographic processes. Karen teaches at the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops, Maine Media and Anderson Ranch as well as in India and Mexico. She has won numerous awards from many International Organizations, including the 2011 Discovery of the Year Nominee from International Photography Awards, the Julia Margaret Cameron Award for Women Photographers, the Prix de la Photographie Gold Award, and a first place WPGA Pollux Award. Her first book “A Small Amount of Courage” won the Independent Publishers Award in 2015. www.karendivinephotography.com

Karen Divine will jury iPhone Imagery. She will select 35 images for exhibition in the gallery, and an additional 40 images for exhibition in our online gallery.
The Juror’s and Director’s Awards and up to three Honorable Mentions will be awarded.
Recipients of the Juror’s Award and Director’s Award will be entitled to a portfolio review by Karen Divine. All 75 selected images will be reproduced in the exhibition print catalog and remain permanently on our website, with links to photographer’s URL. Gallery exhibition opens October 11, 2017.

Open to all photographers. To encourage international participation, we offer free matting to and framing for the duration of the exhibit to all.
