Vault offers their clients solutions to all their fine art needs from storage to monumental installations and everything in between. We encourage any motivated and skilled individual to apply for our current position in installation. Full time position available at high-end art handling company seeking qualified candidates to work on our handling and installation teams. Pay based on qualifications and skill set.

Ideal candidate will have:
• General knowledge in handling and installation of all types of artworks as well as residential and commercial moving
• General knowledge of art history, art techniques and fabrication extremely helpful
• Problem solving skills along with the ability to adapt to changing work conditions essential
• Comfortable working as part of a crew and taking direction
• Ability to be self directed and, at times, perform tasks with no supervision
• A willingness to offer suggestions and show initiative is appreciated
• At least 2 years experience in museum or gallery setting preferred
• Clean driving record
• Familiarity with operating commercial trucks
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

At times this position is physically demanding. Interested applicants should be aware of the following:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Familiarity with power tools
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, concrete trucks, etc.
• Experience moving heavy items preferred
• Comfortable walking up to 2 miles a day (some job sites are very big)
