CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas- Join us for this fantastic workshop with Diana Carter on Saturday, December 10th, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Enjoy a margarita while you learn how to make retablos and earrings using the fabulous Frida Kahlo as your muse. Diana Carter will also share what she learned while studying art in Mexico at Frida Kahlo's house! All materials and margaritas will be provided. About The Art Center of Corpus Christi, promoting arts and culture in the Costal Bend for 40 years: The Art Center of Corpus Christi (www.artcentercc.org, 361-884-6406) was founded as a community art center and 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization in 1972. The Center provides an environment for creative expression with educational programs and exhibition of the arts. Its facilities include ten art organizations, five gallery spaces, and special events. The Art Center has free admission and is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, 10AM to 4PM.
