Welding / Metal Fabrication Classes
Learn how to use the tools essential to fabricate in steel from Houston’s leading sustainable design and furniture fabricators. Beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels taught in 3-hour evening or weekend sessions. No previous metal working experience necessary. Emphasis placed on safety while learning to properly use MIG and oxy- acetylene welders, horizontal bandsaw, abrasive saw, and grinder among other finishing tools. Within a few sessions, students will have the necessary skills to design a project to complete for their home or office.
$150 per session plus shop fee ($25) and materials (varies per project)
