Where The Glassell Junior School is housed in a wing of the MFAH Central Administration Building at 5100 Montrose Boulevard. The Junior School has a covered drop-off door at the corner of Bartlett Street and Bayard Lane (entrance on Berthea Street).

Class Times Fall classes are held after school Monday through Thursday from 4 to 5:30 p.m., Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday afternoon.
Full-Semester A variety of exciting classes will be offered this fall, including The Big Picture, an
Courses adult/child class for ages 3 and 4, on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons; and the popular full-semester homeschool courses for students ages 4 to 18, held Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
In addition to familiar favorites such as Drawing & Painting, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Fashion classes, the Junior School also offers Cartooning for ages 8 to 10; A World of Miniatures for ages 10 to 12; and Interactive Digital Art, which introduces students to the world of interactive art and electronics, for ages 11 to 13.
Teen classes include Digital Art; Drawing and Painting; Fashion Design; Photography; and Mixed Media, a popular active art that combines traditional and non-traditional materials.
Workshops Popular Sunday afternoon workshops return this fall, including Animals and Art, an adult/child class for ages 4 to 6; Junior Fashion Designer for ages 6 to 8; and Art of the Western World for ages 8 to 10.
