Visitor Services Manager
SITE Santa Fe is seeking an energetic, outgoing, poised, customer service-oriented individual to oversee its Front Desk operations as Visitor Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, the Visitor Services Manager is the "face" of the museum, and sets the tone for excellent customer service in all inquiries to the museum in person, on the phone, or online.
The Visitor Services Manager is responsible for SITE’s Front Desk operations, and supervises and trains front desk support staff. S/he is responsible for greeting and informing visitors; collecting admissions fees and demographic data; processing donations, directing incoming phone calls and inquiries; facilitating membership transactions, supporting the SITE store and its activities, as well as shipping catalogues and merchandise, among other duties. In addition, the position serves an important role in SITE's digital engagement, in conjunction with the Director of External Affairs and Digital Communications Assistant.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as well as strong computer skills and interpersonal skills is required. Salary DOE, great benefits, dynamic and lively work environment. EOE.
