Business Council for the Arts is seeking applications for a Program Manager.
The Program Manager position is full time and exempt. The Program Manager is responsible for managing programs of Business Council for the Arts and technical operations including the website and database, ensuring that each are managed according to the highest level of quality, and that each meet annually established goals. The Director of Programs reports directly to the CEO.

o Technical Management Includes: Managing operations of BCA hardware and software, including training of staff and volunteers. Troubleshoot computer problems and make recommendations for all technical aspects of BCA. Monitor BCA mailbox responding to emails and forwarding for action as indicated.
o Website Management and Updating: Ensuring that overall website is consistently updated with fresh content and visuals. Edit information as needed and implement changes in order to attract users to multiple visits.
o Database Administration: Responsibility for management of the database system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Trains employees and volunteers on proper data entry methods. Provides database reports as needed. Stays current with software upgrades and improvements.
o Archives Management and Storage: Responsible for ensuring that records of BCA programs are properly archived, labeled and stored.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; prior work experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skill; proven project management skills and organizational ability. Conversant with Word, Excel, Wordpress.
