Bulgarian Singing Workshop
CLASSES
1) Kate Conklin will once again be offering her popular Bulgarian Singing Workshop on Saturday, March 30th from 3 - 5pm. This class will focus on tone production, odd meters, ornamentation and songs from the stunning Bulgarian polyphonic tradition. No previous experience necessary although the ability to match pitch is highly recommended. There will also be a short advanced techniques course offered on the same day from 5:15 to 6:30pm, which will concentrate on more intricate ornamentation, explore regional styles and refine singing techniques.
Registration for the beginners class is $25 for general admission and $20 for Machine Project members. Registration for both classes is $35 general admission and $30 for members.
