Dispatcher & Client Services:
The Dispatcher & Client Services representative will be responsible for answering and processing all incoming phone calls and client correspondence. The dispatcher will properly schedule and assign appropriate personnel and trucks to a variety of daily art installation assignments. The Dispatcher will be courteous, professional, and able to address and process the concerns of clients and staff members. The Dispatcher will also problem solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
Plan, prepare, schedule and promptly dispatch work crews to appropriate locations according to client appointments and requests.
Preparation of all information necessary for installation crews to successfully perform in the field.
Provide courteous customer service by assisting callers, visitors and staff members with general questions and concerns regarding collections, deliveries, job sites, work orders and field needs.
Process heavy phone call volume on a daily basis.
Adapt, assist and perform other job-related duties as assigned when necessary.
Skills and Position Requirements:
General art handling knowledge
Excellent communication skills, including producing documents with accurate spelling, punctuation and proper grammar.
Data entry abilities, including basic computer and math skills
High volume telephone skills
Ability to multitask when necessary
Familiarity with the greater Houston metropolitan geographic area
