Call for submissions (photos, writing, video) for EndofAustin.com
We are looking for artists, filmmakers, photographers and writers for the THIRD issue of The End of Austin, a digital humanities project that explores the idea of endings in our city. Issue number two was a big success, and we'll hope you contribute a bit of writing, photos, video, art, anything that somehow explores this idea that things are dying, ending, expiring, collapsing in the midst of our growth-obsessed sunbelt burg. If you would like to contribute something before May 1st for the summer issue, that's wonderful. But also think about friends and colleagues who might be good at exploring this nexus of art, documentary and cultural geography broadly conceived. And please feel free to circulate this widely.
