PICASSO'S STUDIO: 2013 Spring MFAH Hands-On Workshops
Beginners are welcome!
PABLO PICASSO is recognized as not only one of the most significant artists of his generation, but one of the most significant artists in recorded history.
The exhibition Picasso Black and White (February 24 to May 27, 2013) reveals the artist as a perpetual leader and never a follower, continually re-inventing his style, repurposing materials, and extending traditional techniques.
Together with the workshop leader and an MFAH educator, you will see and talk about a few works of art by Picasso, and then enter the studio at the MFAH Glassell School of Art to exercise your own creativity in these half-day hands-on workshops.
