Acro Yoga is a physical practice which blends elements of yoga, acrobatics, and healing arts. These three ancient practices form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness between partners.
For the first hour we will work a demo as we walk people through the basic skills needed to fly, base, and spot. Then for the next two hours the space will open up for a "jam" where we all open our hearts, let loose, and play!
Bring a friend (or 5) and come learn something you never thought you would! Class + Jam is $20, Jam alone is donation-based (recommended $10-$15 donation).
