Cris Worley Fine Arts is looking to fill an internship position for the fall.
We are seeking someone to assist with all aspects of the gallery’s day-to-day operations. Responsibilities could include: exhibition preparation, archiving press materials, office organization, updating the website, some database entry, basic art handling, installation, gallery maintenance, and running errands.
Required Qualifications:
Major or minor in Art History or Studio Art
Ability to work independently, be organized, and be comfortable interacting with clients
Preferred:
Ability to bring a laptop to the gallery (as there will be a lot of computer work needed)
Experience using Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and with Apple operating systems
Experience with photography
SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position. The preferred days to work are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday with the specific days and hours depending on your schedule. The gallery will be open Wed-Sat from 11am-5pm with some evening events after hours such as exhibition openings.
This is an unpaid internship and school credit can be arranged.
