Save The Date for La Dolce Vita 2012
Spend an evening on the shores of Lake Austin sipping and savoring the tastes of Texas at the 23rd annual La Dolce Vita Food & Wine Festival on Thursday, October 11, 2012. Benefiting education programs and the Art School at Austin's original contemporary arts organization, AMOA-Arthouse, La Dolce Vita 2012 will offer guests a Lago di Como experience. By transforming the grounds of Laguna Gloria and its centerpiece 1916 Italianate Driscoll Villa into a lakeside resort, the night will be replete with nautical elements and watercraft juxtaposed with the museum's rustic, natural setting.
Providing gustatorial treats and tasty libations will be more than 50 of Austin's top-tier restaurants, plus local and regional wineries, all carefully curated by event Chairman Kevin Williamson (Ranch 616, Star Bar, and Rattle Inn). Going strong for nearly a quarter-century, La Dolce Vita remains the premier food and wine event in Austin specifically supporting arts education.
Tickets for this splendid evening are $150 for general admission plus access to an exclusive cocktail lounge. General admission tickets are $125.
