HCP Announces Fellowship Winners

The Houston Center for Photography has announced their 2016 Fellowship recipients. The Carol Crow Memorial Fellowship is awarded to an artist living within 100 miles of Houston, and the HCP Fellowship is open to artists worldwide. This year’s prizes were juried by Maggie Blanchard, Director of Twin Palms Publishing in Santa Fe, NM.

The winners are:
Eric Kayne – Houston, TX for the Carol Crow Memorial Fellowship
Samantha Geballe – San Francisco, CA for the HCP Fellowship

Honorable mentions include:
Allison Stewart – Los Angeles, CA
Charlie Simokaitis – Chicago, IL
Monica Kennedy – Houston, TX

The two winning artists will receive a $3,000 honorarium and will have solo exhibitions at HCP from May 13 – July 10, 2016. Congratulations to the winners!
