Menil Narrows Search for Drawing Center Architects

The Menil collection has narrowed the search for an architect for it’s new 18,000 sf Drawing Institute building. After two years of visiting architects around the world, the Menil’s architecture selection committee has chosen Tatiana Bilbao (Mexico City), David Chipperfield Architects (London) and SANAA (Tokyo) and Johnston Marklee (Los Angeles) as finalists for the prestigious commission.
