Peveto Opens in New Gallery Space Friday

Scott Peveto, former McClain Gallery director has set up on his own in the old New Gallery space at 2627 Colquitt Colquitt Street in Houston. Peveto, “A fine art resource management company” opens its inaugural exhibition, titled Game On 🙂, on Friday, March 9 from 6-8 p.m. with a group of represented artists including Ken Gonzales-Day, Alejandro Diaz, Cesare DeCredico, Klaus Enrique, Maximo Gonzales, Andy Grotfeldt, Andrew Guenther, Reneé Lotenero, John Millei, Greg Miller, Andy Moses, Aimé Mpane, Bill Saylor, Erica Prince, William Villalongo, and Jason Villegas.

Peveto is joined in the new venture by McClain Gallery veteran Leigh Manley and Houston artist Felipe Contreras. Says Peveto: “Our new family will advance the arts in our community through offering advice and education to individuals and corporations interested in understanding the importance of art.”
