Kim Stoilis, who, as executive director of the Art Colony Association, produced record breaking editions of the venerable Bayou City Art Festival, has been named the new CEO of the Houston Festival Foundation, the organization that produces the Annual Houston International Festival and the H.E.B. Holiday parade effective September 21.
Stoilis’ sudden departure from the Art Colony association in late August left the org scrambling to put together this fall’s 40th Bayou City Art Festival Downtown edition on October 8-9.
