BooksmART, a free day of kids’ book-related activities happening in the Dallas Museum of Art Saturday June 11, has lined up Rick Riordan, best selling author of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians books, among the fest’s authors, illustrators, and artists. Norton Juster of the Phantom Tollbooth will be there, and Laurie Halse Anderson, David Wiesner, Jerry Pinkney and others. Admission to the Museum and the festival is free from 11a.m.- 5p.m., with free vision exams (fun!) and free glasses (!) by fest sponsor Essilor Vision Foundation.
