The Blanton Museum of Art in Austin has received a $150,000 gift from the Burdine Johnson Foundation. The grant will support the museum’s school tours and the Art Central program which serves approximately 11,000 students annually from over 125 schools by providing free transportation to and from the museum, free admission, digital images of art, posters, and other tools geared to enhance the museum visit.
