Barry’s Blog, a service of advocacy group Western States Art Federation, is running a June interview with Margo Lion and George Stevens, Jr. co-chairs of the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities, in which they mention an Artist’s Corps, along the lines of the Peace Corps, and inserting more artists into education.
