Round three of The Idea Fund is now open for applications. The $4,000 cash awards will be given to "10 Texas-based, artist-generated or artist-centered projects that exemplify the unconventional, interventionist, conceptual, entrepreneurial, participatory, or guerrilla artistic practices that occur outside the traditional framework of support." Applications due Oct. 15, 2010.
