Houston artist Tara Conley has been selected to create a comprehensive art treatment for the Houston Police Department’s new Fondren Patrol Station planned for Westplace Drive. Her project, selected through an invitational competitive process, will engage the building’s public and personnel-only areas, and will be developed in collaboration with HPD staff and members of the station’s immediate community."
