The wrangling is over, the votes are in, and the new organization is called Arts for Change Houston. At a meeting Monday night at Avant Garden in Houston, a loose confabulation of art types (united by their desire to do something to help) began outlining ways for creative types to direct their energies towards positive change in our health care system, among other things. Now there’s a name, a blog is soon to follow, but I don’t have a link yet. Stay tuned!
