A memorial service for Houston artist Virgil Grotfeldt, who died Monday from complications from cancer, will be held this Monday, March 2, at 10 am in Belin Chapel on the campus of Houston Baptist University (entrance #2, just past the main entrance at 7502 Fondren). A reception will follow at HBU’s UAC Art Gallery, where Grotfeldt’s final work will still be on view.
