WorldFest, the largest independent film and video competition in the world, is coming to Houston April 11-20. The competition received more than 4,500 entries in 2007. Judges will select approximately 60 feature films and 100 short films in many categories: features, shorts, television commercials, experimental, student, documentary, business and industry, new media, and music videos. Film screenings are weekdays at 5 pm, 7:15, and 9:30 pm. Saturdays and Sunday matinees at 1 and 3 pm, Grand Finale Regatta and Barbecue on April 20 at 1 pm at the AMC Studio 30 Theater Film at 2949 Dunvale.
