Houston Arts alliance will begin accepting applications for its latest round of Individual Artist, Artist Projects and New Work Fellowships on January 7. For artists who have lived in the City of Houston for the past two years, are over 18, legal residents or citizens of the US, and can show how your art will be of "direct benefit to tourism and the convention and hotel industry," the deadline for online submissions is February 1, 2008.
