Art City Austin is looking to spend $25,00 on temporary artist projects to spiff up its annual fair, formerly known as the Austin Fine Arts Festival and transform the banks of Lady Bird Lake into a "temporary art utopia" on April 12th and 13th. They're also sponsoring a competition with the American Institute of Architects, Austin to design the ultimate art fair booth.
