Houston Arts Alliance announced the recipients in the latest round of Houston’s Individual Artists Grant Program Thursday. HAA offers awards of $7,500 for Established Artists (more than three years of professional experience) and $3,000 for Emerging Artists. There were seven recipients in the category of visual arts: Elaine Bradford, Serena Lin Bush, Carter Ernst, Michelle O’Michael and Sergio Santos got the big money; emerging artist grants went to Kathryn Kelley and Michael Kahill Taylor.
