Two book signings tonite, Thursday Nov. 29, 6-8 pm at Women and Their Work in Austin: Melissa Miller, by Susie Kalil with an essay by Michael Duncan; and Historic Hotels of Texas, by Liz Carmack! We smell….holiday gifts!!!! Speaking of which, Austin's Gallery Lombardi is hosting their annual Xmas Expo tonight from 7-10 pm — go by for cookies and punch, as well as Austin made goods by over 40 artists in "a huge range of prices." The show is ongoing and refreshed over the next few weeks, so if you can't make it tonight, chances are they'll have something fun for you when you can.
