Jonathan Glus will be the new director of Houston Arts Alliance (formerly CACHH) starting in June. Glus was formerly the city arts director of Pasadena, CA, where the local paper reports that Glus will be paid $145,000 in Houston. We agree you have to pay to get good people, and we deplore the poverty mentality in the artworld, but… we just hope he's worth the money.
