It’s a big ol’ Isaac Julien fest this weekend in Texas, starting with the Aurora Picture Show‘s dinner honoring him Thursday and continuing with a lecture and film screening Friday at UT Austin’s Center for African and African American Studies (though Julien’s own site doesn’t mention either event… hm.)
