Rick Brettell is joining SMU’s Meadows Museum as a senior adjunct curator. Coming on the heels of Ted Pillsbury’s taking the reins at the Meadows, this means that SMU is trying to put its museum firmly on the map, with two North Texas art bigwigs charting the territory (that is, assuming Pillsbury stays put.)
